Already a favourite for its prominent seaside location, the Azure Restaurant at InterContinental Hua Hin Resort now adds further appeal with a new cuisine concept.

Taking inspiration from community traditions, the restaurant now emphasises not only fresh-caught seafood supplied by the area’s surrounding fishing villages, but also locally grown fruits and vegetables as well as premium meats produced at nearby farms. From farm and sea and ready for the table General Manager Michael Janssen explains. ‘We wanted to do something truly different with a strong focus on local ingredients and preparation methods. Then, delight diners with refined yet straightforward cuisine in a beachfront setting that perfectly complements the food – elegant yet relaxed.’

Diners will experience dishes such as steamed lobster, grilled octopus, top-quality cuts of beef along with oysters on the half shell, jumbo prawns, crudo, ceviche and more. Azure Restaurant has delighted diners since 2009 with outstanding live station, superb à la carte dishes and delightful drinks. On the roof deck, the Azure Bar presents cocktails by Joseph Boroski with the same vanguard approach and a selection of classics. Fresh ingredients combine with carefully selected spirits and a large measure of craft mean a superior drinking experience. The word ‘Azure’ is a derivation of the Italian azzurro, meaning the colour of a bright clear (blue) sky.
