InAzia Restaurant at the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa is pleased to invite you to take on a journey into an exclusive evening at their first Sake dinner; The “Sake Extraordinaire” from the team at Kisso Japanese Restaurant Bangkok.

Executive Chef Jakub and his guest chef; Master Chef Chatree Pangsilp are teaming up and have prepared the exquisite Japanese culinary journey paired with some great quality and rare Sakes to enhance your gastronomic experiences. Menus feature local-inspired and imported ingredients such as Cha-Am Blue Crab, Yellow-tail Tuna, Koru Buta Pork and Wagyu Beef. The sophisticated dishes include Kani Avocado Salad; Fresh blue crab and avocado salad , Hamachi – Chutoro – Sake – Amaebi; Sashaimi platter, Kuro Buta Kakuni; Braised pork belly in black soy sauce or Wagyu sumibi yaki; Charcoal grilled wagyu beef and Fruits – Umeshu jelly; Assorted fruits and Umeshu plum wine jelly.
