Shoreline Dining; Sensational Seafood for Sure!

The Amari Resort Hua Hin is an imposing property fronting the main road heading towards Khao Takiab. The resort is recognised by those familiar with the Hua Hin hospitality scene as one of our city’s finest venues. Less well known and located behind the main resort and separated by a rear access road, you’ll find the Amari’s Shoreline Beach Club with its own personality and superb ocean frontage.

The Shoreline Beach Club is one of five dining venues at the Amari, perhaps the most informal and available for poolside dining from morning to evening. There is a choice of dining outside at a table bathed in the light of a lantern poolside or air conditioned undercover tables. Either way dining at the Shoreline is always accompanied by an uninterrupted vista of the ocean. Our dining experience commenced at sundown with the green lights of the squid fishing boats becoming an increasingly visible backdrop as darkness descended on a perfect warm, balmy evening.

If romance is in the air, there couldn’t be a better location to celebrate an anniversary or an intimate dinner for two as a special evening to remember. Chef Khun Pichit is a Hua Hin local who has a special knowledge about the renowned Hua Hin seafood. Our menu of Scallops and horseshoe crab roe sautéed with chilli garlic, onions capsicum and Bao cha Kram, crab meat wok fried with chilli, garlic and spring onion and the classic phad Thai, fried rice noodles with prawns and tamarind sauce.

If you think you’ve tried the best seafood in Hua Hin and haven’t savoured Chef Pichit’s take on what our ocean fresh produce has to offer, maybe the best is yet to come.
