HOT! I am sure that the word which most people are thinking of or saying the most is ‘hot’. This is why today we are going to talk about something to shake off the heat and also good for your health at the same time. There are various ways to shake off the heat such as taking a shower frequently, walking around the mall or finding something cool to eat or drink. What we have for you today is a list of fruits which will help you shake off the heat.

Watermelons are composed of ‘water’ which plays the role to prevent heat shock. Watermelons also help protect our skin. So I think the ladies will like it. Guavas help reduce body heat and also have high vitamin C which helps prevent free radicals. Guavas also have levels of potassium, stabilising our blood pressure and supplementing minerals lost by sweating. Passion fruit will help lower blood pressure for those who have high blood pressure problem, aggravated during summer time. In addition, passion fruits also contain potassium, fibre, vitamin A and vitamin C.

Coconut juice has a cooling effect and lots of nutrition. It drives away thirst and increases urine quantity.
