Novotel Hua Hin Cha Am Beach Resort & Spa as an Executive Assistant Manager – Patrick Jensen

It was the Holland based Hotel Management Course that introduced and brought Patrick Janssen into the international hotel industry. Starting with Food and Beverage supervisory placements in the UK and New Zealand, Patrick started working with Accor Hotels back in 2007 as an Assistant Manager in Auckland.

From there, under the wing of Accor’s development programs and with his own ambitions, Patrick took on roles such as Front Office Manager and Rooms Division Manager at Mercure and Novotel hotels.  He worked on numerous projects national and international that helped prepare for the next big step into Asia and Thailand.

Now he has been at the Novotel Hua Hin Cha Am Beach Resort & Spa as an Executive Assistant Manager for one year. Patrick played a key role in rebranding the hotel to Novotel Resorts last year, helping his General Manager in setting up the infrastructure to make the hotel successful.

He is a true Accor ambassador, while enjoying everything Hua Hin and Cha Am has to offer. Patrick will certainly have his work cut out for him looking forward and hoping to become a General Manager in the near future.
