The Wine and Cheese night was an opportunity for the cheese lovers of Hua Hin to celebrate their passion. January 16th 2016 is the designated ‘Cheese Lovers Day’ but Banyan The Resort, Lemongrass Restaurant provided an early offering on 24th October with a fantastic evening with dinner, live music and dance performances set amongst the gorgonzola, parmigiana and stilton. On offer was baked camembert, Goat’s cheese in puff pastry, ricotta, Greek salad (with fetta) finishing with a light cheese cake. The concensus of the ‘cheesy guests’ was that life without cheese is really no life at all. They just wanted to throw their hands up and thank the cheese god for creating the moon.
