

We were invited to a Chinese dinner presented by a master dim sum and hand-pulled noodles chef with over 30 years’ experience, Chef Allen Huang. This was a taste of the heritage of Chinese cuisine with a ‘The Dim Sum Maestro’. As well as the delicious Hand-Pulled Noodles, there were many kinds of mouth-watering Dim Sums and many other luscious options at InAzia. Chef Allen Huang is currently resident at The Westin Pazhou, Guangzhou, China.
His specialty include Beef hand pull noodles, Sweetened Mango Puree with Sago which he jointly invented with colleagues while he was working in Singapore and became inspired by Southeast Asia’s tropical fruits. You can enjoy perfect dining in this elegant awardwinning restaurant that conjures up the appetizing wonders of imperial China. Every mouthful will tease the palate with an explosion of fantastic flavors that the Master Chef has blended to the heritage of Chinese cuisine.
