The dining choices at the Dusit Thani are many and varied. The traditional Thai setting of the Ban Benjarong, the Sala Thip Poolside Terrace, the beachside Rim Talay Bar & Grill, the elegant Lobby Lounge & Bar and colonial-style Polo Bar are just the beginning.
However the focus of our visits to the Dusit Thani in recent times has been at the other two Dusit Thani restaurants; the San Marco and the very simply named The Restaurant. With a name referring to the Piazza in Venice, the San Marco is an Italian restaurant, but for our visit transformed into the Dusit Hua Hin Night Market. The Restaurant is an all-day dining restaurant serves an array of international and local favourites in elegant surroundings incorporates the Dusit Gourmet delicatessen, but our visit was to savour the weekly ‘Eat Well, Live Well’ buffet.
