The Centara’s there signature restaurants have commenced the New Year with a new fine dining choices. Throughout the month of January you have the opportunity to savour creative Thai curries, healthy and hearty fish and berry delicious desserts any day for lunch or dinner.

Suan Bua Thai Restaurant presents creative curry dishes, cooked using authentic Thai curry paste and marketfresh local produces, as well as chef’s artistic aspirations. The new à la carte menu highlights Thai yellow curry with tiger prawns cooked with homemade yellow curry paste, creamy coconut milk, and turmeric. Grilled lamb with Panaeng curry sauce that boasts the spicy flavour of Panaeng curry paste with the addition of kaffir lime leaves. The all-time favourite is Gaeng Som or Thai spicy sour soup with snow fish, a delicious soup with a Thai twist. Further complimenting the dishes is Jasmine rice.


Beach Club & Bistro invites you to savour the perfect blend of freshness and delicious textures. The new menu features an array of steamed-fish options; from snow fish with mango and pomegranate salsa to sea bass fillet served on top of a delicious Mediterraneaninspired ragout of cherry tomato, zucchini and black olives. Another must-try is a fillet of pomfret with Quinoa salad, full of fresh veggies and loaded with flavour.


Berries are absolutely in season and “The Museum” invites you to satisfy your sweet tooth with very berrydelicious dessert creations. Whether a slice of decadent strawberries & chocolate nougatine tart, a bite of strawberry triple-sec cake, or many delicate layers of fresh strawberries & cream trifle complemented with your choice of premium coffee and tea along with a wide selection of freshly-made breads, pastries, and sandwiches; available daily for dine-in and takeaway.
