On October 3rd Banyan The Resort officially opened it’s latest attraction, ‘Yauatcha’. This is where you can relax and enjoy the nautical theme (staff have that sailor look) in a chilled out atmosphere. On offer are many varieties of organic tea and coffee with a home bakery and many sweet delights. It’s much more than a coffee shop. A barista guru with 12 years of experience and offers memorable coffee creations. Executive Chef Romaine, a French National, is eager to tempt visitors with his exotic desert-style selection of cakes, slices and biscuits, all fresh daily and served by Khun Chonnikan Tiraanan (Kate).
