This month we chose to try the Prime Steakhouse in its new location and we were amazed. The interior is beautiful done. Decorated like a modern loft with a secret terrace in the back. The staff are very friendly and make your order such an easy procedure. The menu has dishes you will not see anywhere else. We were recommended to try the ‘Avocado with Crab Salad’, fresh and light, then ‘Salmon Carpaccio with Smoked Salmon and Rocket Salad’.
The last but not least starter was ‘Bruschetta with Cheese, Tomato and Capers’; strong tastes and all together a great Mediterranean dish. We tried the most popular main course and now I know why it is popular. It is ‘Tenderloin with Duchess Potatoes, Béarnaise Sauce and Bacon wrapped haricoverts’, presented on a wooden platter. The steak is cooked the way you want and you cannot stop eating the Duchess Potatoes which frame your plate. Delicious to see delicious to taste. Of course we have to mention for all of the wine lovers like us that in this restaurant the house wine is great and there is a good wine list for all preferences.
