

A new place now in town for serious meat lovers, Samba is located on the ground floor of Market Village; you cannot pass and not see it. The colourful Brazilian drawings on the wall will take your attention and the smell of grilled meat will not let you go. Khun Moo the owner and manager of the place invited us to try the Gold Menu. The staff very fast and started bringing us different plates of salad, soup, rice and French fries without delay. The Gold Menu is for big stomachs. The staff started coming to our table bringing different cuts of meat.
First we had Chicken drumsticks marinated in beer and spices from Northern Brazil. The chicken was so delicious and moist. Second we had Maminha; triangular beef cut for Brazilian barbeques due its tender texture. Third ham with a touch of honey and fourth tender chicken breast wrapped in bacon slices. The menu never stops; with the gold menu you get 20 different cuts of meat and for every two people you get a delicious Brazilian Sangria carafe. This restaurant gives you something more than just food; it gives you an experience of the original Brazilian steakhouse. In your table you will see a green coaster which you have to turn if you want to stop otherwise the waiter will not stop coming with different cuts. You can either turn to pause mode or keep going as much as long as you can. Give it a try now and make it your habit!
