InAzia Restaurant an award-winning restaurant at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa together with BB&B Bangkok Beer & Beverages were delighted to host an unforgettable New Zealand wines dinner in July, taking pleasure in tasting exceptional wines from Sileni Estate, paired with a sumptuous 5 -course menu specially created by Executive Chef Leonard Faust. The night commenced with Sileni Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc, accompanied by canapé served before experiencing the superb wine dinner.
The event highlighted exquisite Chili & Salt Crusted Tiger Prawn served with Sileni Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough 2013, Char Grilled 150 day Grain Fed Beef Tenderloin Medallions served with Sileni Merlot Hawke’s Bay 2012 and Chocolate Sphere served with Sileni Late Harvest Semillon Hawke’s Bay 2011. InAzia is a Pan-Asian specialty restaurant letting you experience Thai, Indian and Japanese cuisine at its best in an elegant atmosphere. InAzia is located on the 1st floor, offering indoor and Al fresco seating. The adjoining 10° Wine Cellar holds a fine selection of champagnes, Old and New World Wines.
