For me, one of the greatest pleasures in life is to go out for a marvellous meal with my family and friends and just enjoy ourselves. Recently we had the opportunity to go to the 5 star Amari hotel in Hua Hin to experience their new Saturday Mosaic Special BBQ buffet Night. We had no idea what such a gastronomic experience awaited us.
My wife comes from Lyon in France which is regarded as the centre of French haute cuisine. She was absolutely blown away by the range and exceptional quality of the seafood in particular. Please do not ask her opinion of the lobster bisque or the myriad of fresh crustaceans on offer that are cooked fresh for you straight from the ocean to perfection. You could be talking with her all night! Being a carnivore, I was amazed to see that the Amari buffet includes a carvery.
Their signature roast presentation of the evening was a huge succulent leg of ham which was superb. My granddaughter was especially pleased by the dessert choices which seemed endless. She just could not stop asking her Mum when she could go back again …please Mum please! I was particularly impressed how the wonderful staff at the Amari looked after her and made food suggestions (several of which I stole without her realising ….I am ashamed of myself). The setting at the Amari is top notch and it is difficult for me to see how it can possibly be bettered. It is just such a really lovely place.
By the way, parking at the Amari is very easy. We all thoroughly enjoyed the Saturday Mosaic Special BBQ buffet Night at the Amari Hua Hin and we will definitely go back again soon.
