Baking Soda and Lemon Juice paste: Baking soda is mildly abrasive and alkaline which balances out the acidity of the lemon juice which is well known for its bleaching properties. Just mix in a couple of teaspoons of baking soda with lemon juice to make a paste. Wipe away any moisture (saliva) from your teeth and apply the paste on your teeth with your toothbrush. Leave the paste on for 1 minute and rinse it out. Don’t keep it on for too long and do it only a few times a week. Incredibly simple, isn’t it? 2.
