Thai Massage by Blind has been open for 20 years. It is a Traditional Thai massage place where blind people give the service. Since they are blind, their senses of feelings are strong and effective. They offer clients an experience that releases them from daily stress. They also offer traditional Thai massage and therapy for other health problems.
My friend recommended that I try this service at a building situated south of the Golden Palace. Upon arrival the local manager Mr. Pong and his wife welcomed my friend and I and inquired about our needs. Neither of us spoke Thai, but the staff was friendly and professional so we didn’t run into any difficulties with the language barrier. Blind people have a very sensitive approach to the different kinds of massage. Whether you are interested in foot massage, body massage or even oil massage they will help you enjoy and relax. Before the massage started I was given a pair of clean cotton pajama-type trousers to wear. The room was clean had air-conditioning with curtains for privacy.
The masseuse was good and gave me a good work over after which I felt a lot better and revived. After completing the task, the blind masseuse then changed the bed sheets for their next customer. I felt compelled to give more money than the price listed because of their hospitality. She was happy with the additional cash and left the room to join her other colleagues sitting outside. Full marks for the Thai Massage by the Blind and I fully recommend it.
