Details have finally been released on how foreigners can register for a COVID-19 vaccine in Hua Hin.
The information below is courtesy of the Hua Hin Recharge project, a collaboration between the private and public sector which aims to facilitate the re-opening of Hua Hin to vaccinated foreign tourists on October 1.
𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐮𝐚 𝐇𝐢𝐧
Foreigners and expatiates who live in Hua Hin are eligible for COVID-19 vaccines, allocated from the Provincial Public Health of Prachaub Kirikhan to support ‘Hua Hin Recharge’. Those who register to be vaccinated will receive a confirmation message according to the respective registration and dates.
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏: Registration on ‘Mor Prachub Prom’
Kindly contact Hua Hin Hospital for assistance in modifying your passport number to 13-digit ID number or do an online request on tinyurl.com/4f2ywkfm (You will receive the 13-digit ID number within 3 working days via email), allowing you to register on the application.
𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞: Information Counter at OPD, 1st floor
𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞: Monday to Friday, from 08.00 to 16.00 for hrs.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Passport or other form of official identification
The registration will be processed and assisted by the Hua Hin Hospital team. After the registration, kindly be reminded to keep your 13-digit ID number, which is equivalent to Thai ID Card number, for further usage.

Check your registration on the following day by filling in the 13-digit ID number on the Mor Prachub Prom website. If your name is confirmed, please proceed to ‘Reserve Vaccine’ on the website.

If you name doesn’t appear, you can simply proceed the registration by yourself on Mor Prachub Prom platform, using the 13-digit ID number instead of Thai ID Card number. The registration is currently available in Thai language and we are on process to create an English language platform.

The Provincial Public Health will announce your appointment based on the number of vaccines delivered on a weekly basis. Upon your arrival to vaccination venues for your appointment, kindly present your identification 13-digit ID number.

About Hua Hin Recharge
Hua Hin Recharge is a collaboration of public, healthcare and private representatives in Hua Hin Municipality to provide accurate vaccine information to all of the population, to urge the government to accelerate the vaccine allocation to Hua Hin Municipality starting from 1st June and to achieve the herd immunity target of 100% of healthcare workers and hospitality works and of 70% of its population and to receive an official approval to allow international travellers who have been vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus to visit Hua Hin Municipality without having to undergo the mandated quarantine period, starting in October 2021.
The main objective of the project is to revive Hua Hin’s economy and tourism sector. If the proposal is approved, the revenue forecast from foreign travellers in October to December 2021 is 1.2 billion baht from 100,000 expected travellers.
