Month-long road closure on Chomsin Road for resurfacing and drainage installation

The Hua Hin Municipality has announced that a stretch of Chomsin Road, from the red light intersection to the Pramong Intersection, will be temporarily closed to traffic starting October 30th to November 30th, 2023. The closure will be in effect daily from 09:00 to 21:00.

This road closure is necessary to allow for the installation of drainage pipes and the resurfacing of the roadway with asphalt concrete. The maintenance and upgrade works are part of an ongoing effort to improve road safety and infrastructure within the city.

Municipal officials are urging the public to be mindful of the closure and to plan their travel routes accordingly. Residents and visitors are requested to refrain from parking any type of vehicle in the affected area to ensure that the work can proceed quickly and efficiently.

Once completed, these improvements are expected to enhance road conditions, manage water runoff more effectively during heavy rains, and ultimately contribute to a smoother and safer travel experience for people who use Chomsin Road.
