Nov 26: Prachuap reports 89 new COVID-19 cases, 24 cases in Hua Hin

Health officials on Friday (Nov 26) reported 89 new COVID-19 cases, 24 were found in Hua Hin.

Elsewhere in the province, 11 cases were found in Pranburi, 12 cases in Sam Roi Yot, zero cases in Kuiburi, 6 cases found in Thap Sakae, zero cases in Bang Saphan, zero cases in Bang Saphan Noi, and 36 cases in Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan. No deaths were reported today.

In Hua Hin, a new cluster was found at a complex of rented rooms in Soi Banjong Suk at Hin Lek Fai. Cluster has so far resulted in 22 confirmed cases.

Of the 17,845 cumulative total cases in the province, 1,298 are currently receiving treatment in hospital or are staying in quarantine, while a total of 17,082 have made a full recovery and have already been discharged.

Health officials say 18 patients are currently in a serious condition in hospital, while 213 others are in what is described as a moderate condition.

Meanwhile, health officials have announced that 748,093 people in Prachuap Khiri Khan have received a dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

Of those, 387,174 have received one dose and 340,723 have received both doses. 20,196 people have received a third ‘booster’.
