Nov 27: Prachuap reports 73 new COVID-19 cases, 19 cases in Hua Hin

Health officials on Saturday (Nov 27) reported 73 new COVID-19 cases, 19 were found in Hua Hin.

Elsewhere in the province, 16 cases were found in Pranburi, 11 cases in Sam Roi Yot, zero cases in Kuiburi, 1 case found in Thap Sakae, 5 cases in Bang Saphan, 1 case in Bang Saphan Noi, and 20 cases in Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan.

One more death was report today, a 53-year-old, Thai man who lived in Aow Noi district, Prchuap Khiri Kghan, who had an underlying health condition and had not been vaccinated.

Of the 17,918 cumulative total cases in the province, 1,270 are currently receiving treatment in hospital or are staying in quarantine, while a total of 17,182 have made a full recovery and have already been discharged.

Health officials say 18 patients are currently in a serious condition in hospital, while 211 others are in what is described as a moderate condition.

Meanwhile, health officials have announced that 752,210 people in Prachuap Khiri Khan have received a dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. Of those, 388,643 have received one dose and 343,282 have received both doses. 20,285 people have received a third ‘booster’.
