Health officials on Friday (Oct 1) reported 145 new COVID-19 cases, 28 were found in Hua Hin.
Elsewhere in the province, 82 cases were found in Pranburi, 2 cases in Sam Roi Yot, 14 cases in Kuiburi, zero cases found in Thap Sakae, 5 cases in Bang Saphan, zero cases found in Bang Saphan Noi, and 14 cases in Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan.
No deaths were reported today.
Meanwhile, 115 people were also discharged from hospital or quarantine having made a full recovery.
Of the 10,604 cumulative total cases in the province, 1,086 are currently receiving treatment in hospital or are staying in quarantine, while a total of 10,014 have made a full recovery and have already been discharged.
Health officials say 30 patients are currently in a serious condition in hospital, while 248 others are in what is described as a moderate condition.
Health officials also reported a total of 475,879 vaccine doses have been administered in the province.
Of those, 267,076 people have received one dose, while 200,055 people have received two doses.
