Health officials on Tuesday (Oct 12) reported 47 new COVID-19 cases, 8 were found in Hua Hin.
Elsewhere in the province, 9 cases were found in Pranburi, 2 cases in Sam Roi Yot, 1 case in Kuiburi, No-case found in Thap Sakae, 25 cases in Bang Saphan, and also No-case found in Bang Saphan Noi, and 2 cases in Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan.
No deaths were reported today.
Meanwhile, 61 people were discharged from hospital or quarantine having made a full recovery.
Of the 11,613 cumulative total cases in the province, 1,240 are currently receiving treatment in hospital or are staying in quarantine, while a total of 10,888 have made a full recovery and have already been discharged.
Health officials say 38 patients are currently in a serious condition in hospital, while 254 others are in what is described as a moderate condition.
Health officials also reported a total of 515,864 vaccine doses have been administered in the province.
Of those, 285,784 people have received one dose, while 220,735 people have received two doses. 9,345 people have received a third booster shot.
