Oct 25: Prachuap reports 210 new COVID-19 cases, 77 cases in Hua Hin

Health officials on Monday (Oct 25) reported 210 new COVID-19 cases, 77 were found in Hua Hin.

Elsewhere in the province, 86 cases were found in Pranburi, 8 case in Sam Roi Yot, 2 cases in Kuiburi, zeros cases found in Thap Sakae, 1 case in Bang Saphan, 6 cases in Bang Saphan Noi, and 30 cases in Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan.

Two more deaths were reported today, 2 Thai men age 67 and 71-years-old, both of them lived in Hua Hin, and both had an underlying health condition. One of them was not vaccinated, and other had received dose 1 Sinopharm vaccine.

Of the 14,240 cumulative total cases in the province, 2,595 are currently receiving treatment in hospital or are staying in quarantine, while a total of 12,178 have made a full recovery and have already been discharged.

Health officials say 46 patients are currently in a serious condition in hospital, while 215 others are in what is described as a moderate condition.

Meanwhile, health officials have announced that 319,480 people in Prachuap Khiri Khan have received a dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. Of those, 319,480 have received one dose and 253,109 have received both doses. 9,541 people have received a third ‘booster’.
