Health officials on Saturday (Oct-30) reported 281 new COVID-19 cases, 67 were found in Hua Hin.

Elsewhere in the province, 177 cases were found in Pranburi, 5 cases in Sam Roi Yot, 11 cases in Kuiburi, 1 case found in Thap Sakae, 16 cases in Bang Saphan, No- case in Bang Saphan Noi, and 4 cases in Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan.

No new deaths were reported today,

The large number of cases found in Pranburi were discovered at factories or industrial plants.

Of the 15,151 cumulative total cases in the province, 2,995 are currently receiving treatment in hospital or are staying in quarantine, while a total of 12,697 have made a full recovery and have already been discharged.

Health officials say 56 patients are currently in a serious condition in hospital, while 279 others are in what is described as a moderate condition.

Meanwhile, health officials have announced that 623,220 people in Prachuap Khiri Khan have received a dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

Of those, 339,028 have received one dose and 268,171 have received both doses. 16,021 people have received a third ‘booster’.
