BluPort Hua Hin has announced its festive event schedule – and there’s a lot going on – including the Christmas tree lighting event which takes place on December 13th.
Organised in collaboration with TIP Life Insurance, Bangchak Corporation, Singha Corporation, and Pure Energy, the schedule is brimming with events from December 5th, 2023, to January 3rd, 2024.
Celebrating both Christmas and the New Year, BluPort also marks its 8th anniversary with an extravaganza designed to elevate Hua Hin’s tourism and economy.
The centerpiece of the festivities is an 18-meter tall Christmas tree, dubbed the largest in Hua Hin, to be illuminated at The Square in front of BluPort.
This year’s theme, a magnificent Carnival, promises a lively atmosphere with a series of concerts by renowned artists electrifying December nights. Ms. Watchee Klomkleang, Executive Director of BluPort Hua Hin, highlighted the event’s focus on environmental sustainability with the use of clean energy from BYD electric cars to light up the Christmas tree.
The event, titled “TIPlife Winter & Music Carnival Celebration 2023-2024 presented by Singha,” also features customer profit return promotions worth over 4.9 million Baht, adding to the allure of the celebration.
Festivities kick off on December 4th with “Christmas Is Calling,” featuring a choir performance by students from a local international school. The grand Christmas tree lighting event, accompanied by a concert from the band No One Else, will take place on December 13th.
Subsequent weeks will see performances by Indigo on December 20th, Zeal on December 27th, and a New Year’s Eve spectacle featuring Tom Isara on December 31st.
BluPort aims to reinforce its status as a ‘Must Check-In Destination,’ offering visitors a chance to immerse in the festive spirit with the giant Christmas tree garden and a full-scale Carnival theme spread across The Square and inside the shopping center. Along with the musical treats, special gifts and shopping promotions are also part of the month-long celebration.
