Health officials on Tuesday (Oct 26) reported 128 new COVID-19 cases, 45 were found in Hua Hin.
Elsewhere in the province, 70 cases were found in Pranburi, zero cases in Sam Roi Yot, zero cases in Kuiburi, zero cases found in Thap Sakae, 4 cases in Bang Saphan, zero cases in Bang Saphan Noi, and 9 cases in Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan.
Two more deaths were a;sp reported today, 2 Thai women age 72 and 77 -year-old, one of them lived in Hua Hin area, and the other lived in Wang-Pong area, Pran Buri. Both had underlying health conditions. One of the deceased was not vaccinated, the other was fully vaccinated.
Of the 14,368 cumulative total cases in the province, 2,541 are currently receiving treatment in hospital or are staying in quarantine, while a total of 12,358 have made a full recovery and have already been discharged.
Health officials say 53 patients are currently in a serious condition in hospital, while 232 others are in what is described as a moderate condition.
Meanwhile, health officials have announced that 324,686 people in Prachuap Khiri Khan have received a dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. Of those, 324,686 have received one dose and 253,353 have received both doses. 11,808 people have received a third ‘booster’.
