Oct 9: Prachuap reports 114 new COVID-19 cases, 19 cases in Hua Hin

Health officials on Saturday (Oct 9) reported 114 new COVID-19 cases, 19 were found in Hua Hin.

Elsewhere in the province, 74 cases were found in Pranburi, 3 cases in Sam Roi Yot, 1 case in Kuiburi, No- case found in Thap Sakae, 6 cases in Bang Saphan, 1 case found in Bang Saphan Noi, and 10 cases in Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan.

No deaths were reported today.

Meanwhile, no figures on the number of recoveries were available.

Of the 11,374 cumulative total cases in the province, 1,237 are currently receiving treatment in hospital or are staying in quarantine, while a total of 10,648 have made a full recovery and have already been discharged.

Health officials say 47 patients are currently in a serious condition in hospital, while 276 others are in what is described as a moderate condition.

Health officials also reported a total of 505,986 vaccine doses have been administered in the province.

Of those, 281,189 people have received one dose, while 215,467 people have received two doses. 9,330 people have received a third booster shot.
