The Provincial Office of Prachuab Khirikhan is preparing for two festive events from 14 to 13 February 2011: the Wonderful 3-Bay City Celebration and the 2nd Red Cross Fair 2011. The former is to be held by the Prachuab Khirikhan Bay and the latter at the Royal Park.
Both events are organized with an aim to promote provincial tourism and especially the Red Cross Fair, raise funds to support the Red Cross activity done in Prachuab Khirikhan. Activities include 6 sport competitions: minihalf marathon to celebrate His Majesty’s 84th Birthday Anniversary, chess, long-tail boat racing, Optimist boat sailing, takraw and sepak takraw. Between 11 and 12 February, there will be a beauty pageant and a cultural performance highlighting majestic light and sound. The cultural performance will be organized by all districts in the province.
Moreover, the Red Cross still has its much favored lucky draw and selling of OTOP products. The events well-known globally and locally, the Wonderful 3-Bay City Celebration and the 2nd Red Cross Fair 2011 will certainly welcome a lot of visitors the same as they did last year.
