Anantara Hua Hin Resort is pleased to announce Chef ‘Tam’ Chudaree Debhakam will join with our Rim Nam restaurant team to host an exclusive dining experience over two evening from 18 – 19 April 2019. One of Thailand’s most exciting young culinary talents, Chef ‘Tam’ was the winner of ‘Top Chef Thailand Season 1’. ‘Top Chef’ is a U.S. reality television series featuring chefs competing against each other in various culinary challenges and was brought to Thailand by channel One31.

At just 24 years of age Chef ‘Tam’ was the youngest competitor during the first (2017) season of Top Chef Thailand. Since winning she has travelled and cooked in 6 different countries showcasing modern Thai cuisine by using local, seasonal, and organic ingredients. Rim Nam i s Anantara Hua Hin’s speciality Thai restaurant and is currently rated #1 of 680 restaurants in Hua Hin. The pavil io n style restaurant overlooks a pa lm-fr in ged pool and lush tropical gardens offering the finest local ingredients combined in a variety of unique creations of regional Thai dishes. Chef ‘Tam’ will join the Rim Nam team to present two evenings of innovative dining.

Thursday 18 April – Taking our Lanna inspired ‘Khantoke night’ to another level; guests will be presented with a sharing Khantoke tray of 3 specially developed appetisers. Followed by 3 main course dishes, once again in the sharing style, as is Thai tradition. All designed by Chef Tam for your culinary pleasure. Friday 19 April – Working with the Rim Nam team, Chef Tam will present a 4-course menu showcasing her sustainable and innovative farm-to-table philosophy.
