The Awards given were based on facilities and service excellence with votes cast by hotel guests and clients. They are accepted as the pinnacle of achievement for luxury hotels worldwide and established as a celebration of ultimate achievement in service excellence.
The 9th Annual World Luxury Hotel Awards held recently in Hong Kong was attended by founder and chairman of the World Luxury Hotel Awards, Mr. Brandon Lourens, as well as Mr. Anthony Lau, Executive Director of Hong Kong Tourism, together with over 300 attendees coming from all over the world representing their hotels, at a lavish event held at the prestigious Harbour Grand Hong Kong.
