Hua Hin markets have been visited by various municipal officers to monitor the price of black shirts sold at the market shops. The visit followed reported increases in the price of black shirts being purchased to wear in mourning for the deceased King. The government, concerned with the problem, requires all shops selling black shirts to show price tags and to sell them at reasonable prices.
