Ninety Chinese couples ceremoniously married at a special mass wedding held at the renowned beach resort, Dusit Thani Hua Hin as part of the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s “2013 Romance in Thailand” campaign.
The first of a planned series involving 999 couples, the event, which featured an elaborate and detailed ceremony involving the bridal procession and full Thai wedding traditions, also included Thai cultural performances All 90 newly-wed couples posed for a series of photographs in front of the hotel’s Royal Dusit Hall, which later, was the scene of a grand reception for the newlyweds and their guests.
