

On 13th and 14th April 2015, the ecosystem learning centre of Sirinaj Rajini Mangrove Forest in Pranburi, Prachuab Khirikhan, will celebrate Songkran or the traditional Thai New Year by launching the program, “Enjoy Travelling and Enhance Knowledge on Songkran at Sirinaj Rajini Mangrove Forest”.
The program consists of tourism promotion and recreational activities which will raise awareness about the traditions of Songkran and the culture and lifestyle of the people of Pranburi. With this knowledge, the visitors will undersatand the importance of natural and environmental conservation. This year, most of the Songkran celebration activities at the Sirinaj Rajini Mangrove Forest are entertaining and culturallyoriented. Participants will receive many prizes when taking part in the activities. They will also obtain knowledge about environmental conservation, particularly how to take care of the mangrove forest in Thailand.
