Hua Hin Municipal officers, including the Deputy Mayor joined a group of Thai delegates to visit Singapore for a field study on environmental and urban management, particularly how to transform garbage into alternative electrical power. This event was of great interest for the executives of Hua Hin Municipality as it is useful for the current project to turn garbage into alternative and environmentally friendly power in the area of the Thab Tai sub-district. The Thai delegates were led by Dr. Santiwipha Phanitkul, the Secretary-General of Naphamit Foundation, the Institute of Global Warming Study of Thailand.
