Hua Hin Market Village will celebrate the Thai New Year with a Sweet & Cool Foam Party

This year, the event, entitled, “Sweet & Cool Songkran”, will take place on 13 April from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. With the objective to foster traditional Thai culture and encourage Thai and foreign people to celebrate the Thai New Year together, the Sweet & Cool Songkran has a load of fun activities not to be missed. At the event, visitors can bathe the highly revered Buddha image of Hua Hin and ask for blessing.
There will be a procession of tomtom and classical Thai female dancers. Besides water tossing, both children and adults can enjoy the biggest foam party in Hua Hin with easylistening music throughout the event. There will also be a game to win the newest iPad and other prizes. A caravan of ice-cream and Thai-styled ice flake topped with colored syrup and condensed milk will provide thirst-quenching sweet and cool dessert complimentary, too.
