When there is a big occasion in Cha-Am, the ocean fronted ‘view point’ is often the venue of choice for celebrations. Just prior to the King’s birthday, the crowds gathered once again for aerobics, dancing and other expressions of how to lead a healthy lifestyle. There was free healthy finger food on offer, medical checks and advice available and encouragement to join in the fun. The dancing displays included Latin and modern styles, with an enthusiastic yellowshirted crowd doing their best to follow all the moves. A great way to begin the birthday celebrations with all ages joining in the fun in a healthy way.
