CELEBRATING OUR PEOPLE HYATT REGENCY HUA HIN
Recently, management of Hyatt Regency Hua Hin, led by Mr. Mikael Svensson, the hotel’s general manager, held the three-day “Celebrating Our People†event that is also organised by more than 730 Hyatt Hotels & Resorts across the world during the same period.
This event represented the appreciation by Hyatt’s management of the dedication, hard work and commitment to delivering excellent service with the Hyatt Touch to our customers of all employees. As a part of the celebration, the management team took on the role of serving staff in particular areas such as cooking, serving and cleaning for staff, while the service staff enjoyed the role of a customer. This allowed the staff to better understand and see the value of service, sincerity and the Hyatt Touch.
