Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) of Prachuab Kirikhan province together with Chang On Tour Co., Ltd. have organised a special train ride from Bangkok to Hua Hin under the slogan “Hua Hin Railway Station: Memories of Love”.
This special trip (air-conditioned) train no. 911 originated from Bangkok Hua Lamphong Station to Hua Hin Station. Considered to be the most convenient and classic way to travel on tracks, the Hua Hin Railway Station will soon be closed for renovation and to prepare for the construction of its new double-track railway station.
After the train’s arrival in Hua Hin Station, the tour continued on a tram into Hua Hin’s memorable past visiting the central part of Hua Hin, passing through significant tourist attractions of Phone King Phet Public Park, Hua Hin Temple, Centara Grand Beach and Villa Hua Hin, Hua Hin Beach, Chao Mae Thap Thim Pier, Fish Pier, Chatchai Market, Blue Port Shopping Mall, Hua Hin Resort Mall etc. The tour finally rounded up with a luxury dining at 5-star seaside resort Wora Bura Resort and Spa Hotel.
The diners, also dressed up in retro costumes for the theme “Hua Hin Memories” received gifts and souvenirs from the Tourism Authority of Thailand. The event was a success, with 80 tourists from Bangkok have joined the tour.
