The Hua Hin Railway Station Master Mr. Prasong Gomug has commented on the popularity of the railway station with Chinese visitors. This follows a leading Chinese travel website rating the station as one of the Top 10 unseen Sites of Thailand. The beauty of the architecture was voted in 2015 with about 35 million votes and in 2016 with 60 million votes. These votes guarantee a place is the top 10 good attractions.
The State Railway of Thailand has a planed future improvement through the Fine Arts Department. With the attention of tourists all over the world coming to photograph the Hua Hin Railway Station sign for their memories, it is estimated that 3 million people per year come as visitors.
