One of our popular expat residents, Sven Vermelin celebrated his anniversary at Coco 51. Sven did not want to reveal his age at this point and guessing about it didn´t get us any further. Sven looks back on a successful career as a hotelier and CEO of a large international Hotel group. Sven spend quite some time in Russia and it is whispered that he shook hand with Khun Putin on several occasions.
Hua Hin has Sven in it´s ban as he plays quite a lot of golf to keep fit and lower his handicap. Sven celebrated with a small group of close friends and his ever lovely wife Ling a resident of Chendu China. The 5 course evening dinner in a romantic setting on this valentine´s day was delicious and perfectly balanced with the wines served. The Grilled Australian Beef Tenderloin melted on our tongues ! Rounding the dinner off with a Chocolate Mousse Cake ended this St. Valentine´s dinner and Birthday Party.
