Sirirat Murphy, General Manager of Banyan The Resort Hua Hin, has announced the appointment of Benjamin Delatroette as Executive Chef of the Resort. A French national, Chef Benjamin joined the Resort in November 2015. He started his career in the restaurant industry in France in 1994 as a cook where he gained valuable experience for many years.
Prior to joining Banyan The Resort, Hua Hin, he worked in several restaurants and hotels internationally and locally with his last posting at a Resort in Patong, Phuket. With over 10 years experience as a successful chef, Chef Benjamin has acquired extensive knowledge and skills to lead the kitchen team and to strongly contribute to the Resort’s culinary success.
