A French national, Mr. Romain Aletru joined the resort on 11th February 2015. He moved to Hua Hin in 2008 for his own French Restaurant and has worked as a Chef Consultant in Hua Hin before. Mr.Romain started his career in hospitality industry in France in 1999. He has worked in restaurants in France, including the Meridien Tahiti restaurant and the Le Nautilus Restaurant in the position of Head Chef. Mr.Romain has acquired extensive knowledge and skills to competently lead the kitchen team and further contribute to the success of the Resort.
