The Prime Minister granted prizes toaward winning youths in the Our HomeOur Country Stronger Together drawingcontest, that was hosted by the PRD.The Director-General of the Public RelationsDepartment (PRD) Apinan Juntarungsritoday led the award winning youths in theOur Home Our Country Stronger Togetherdrawing contest to receive the prize fromPrime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha, atthe government house in Bangkok.The winner of this contest has received ascholarship worth 10,000 baht, while thefirst and second runner-ups each received6,000 baht and 4,000 baht scholarshipsrespectively.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister said thatthe contest has been held in cooperationwith the PRD to inspire the nation’s youth tocome up with ideas that will push forwardnational development, leading to a strongdemocratic society in the future, that shallcome from the strength of the people’smind, and emphasizing on crucial principlessuch as nation, religion, and monarchy.He said that the government will do anythingto ensure happiness among the Thai public,and has pointed that development andcooperation of youths will help Thailandstrive forward with stability. He added thatdifferences in ideas are welcome, as long asthey help push forward the nation.All submissions in this drawing contest willbe signed by the Prime Minister, and theappropriate drawings will be placed insidethe government house.
