“Achieving harmony within the workplace is the key of success.” With this in mind, the Human Resources Department and Putahracsa Welfare Committee with Mr. Manuel Lang (Hotel Manager) arranged the 2014 Sports Day. The Sports Day aimed to create a healthy work environment, good communication and to direct all team efforts towards the same clear goals. Reaching goals as a team relies heavily on good communication within the team, good team spirit and harmony in the Team Member relationships.
