Here is traffic poster recently released to show some of the penalties that may apply for breaches of road traffic regulations. We’ve all seen multiple breaches of these Rules and somewhat erratic enforcement. However you can’t say you haven’t been told! Don’t take the approach of “no one else cares, so why should I?’” These Laws are there for a reason, although the amount of the penalty may not always match the seriousness of the offence. We would question why misusing a red licence plate rates as ten times the severity of running a red light or twenty times not wearing a motorcycle helmet???
