The tickets are 2,700 baht per passenger per trip, said Mr. Jirathit Ong-Aree, the Managing Director of Solar Air.

Mr. Weera Sriwattanatrakul, the Prachuab Khirikhan Governor, said that cooperation with the provincial office and the Solar Air would undoubtedly impress vacationers, families and businesspeople who would like fast and safe travel to Hua Hin. If the flight is successful, in the future, he will ask the executives of the Solar Air to provide one more flight from Bangkok to Ao Manao in Prachuab Khirikhan so that more tourists visit the area conveniently, added the Prachuab Khirikhan Governor.

The Managing Director of Solar Air reported that the Bangkok – Hua Hin flight provided by the airline will be increasingly favoured by tourists from Europe and Scandinavia. To compete with other international airlines which provide around theworld flights, the Solar Air will soon expand its routes, especially Bangkok-Samui, Hua Hin – Pattaya, Bangkok – Loei and Bangkok-Mae Hong Son.

In the future, we’re buying new medium size 33-seat aircrafts because they are the safest and fastest. Routing will focus on major destinations of Thailand,” said Mr. Jirathit. “We’re now having a big promotion for our Bangkok-Hua Hin flight. Passengers who get 15 flights will enjoy another one for free.”   Solar Air tickets to and from Hua Hin can be purchased on-line or via a travel agent either in Bangkok or in Hua Hin from now on.

Editor´s note : The 5 o´clock flight will force Hua Hin business people to spend the night in Bangkok . The Day is practically lost for business. Why not fly early morning and late afternoon back?
