Dear Readers,

Although the rainy season has begun it has not stopped the domestic tourist to flock into Hua Hin and Cha Am during the weekends, additionally it seems tours from China and other non-typical tourists to Hua Hin are also starting to see Hua Hin as a viable holiday destination to get a great bargain, eat good food and get some fresh air.

On the 22 June 2013 Hua Hin & Cha Am Today plus our sister company run by my sister Despina Mastronokoli hosted an event at Amari Shoreline Beach Club informally launching RFashions first 2 Thai Designers Vayla and Lola Swimwear to the Hua Hin audience. Rfashion is planning on promoting small Thai designers to Europe in the near future. So we were very excited that the event was well attended to bursting point and after this initial success look forward to hosting more such events in the very near future. To not miss out on this events log on to our Facebook page Hua Hin Today and “like” us and you will know fist hand when the next event will happen. More on the event please see full article and pictures in this issue.

You might have also noticed that we have launched a main cover story in the first June story, and will continue to do so. Read in this issue about things to do in this addition together with our local news we hope will make this newspaper more interesting read to both our foreign and local readers. If you have any great ideas on topics you think we should cover do not hesitate to contact us at editor@huahintoday.com.

Hope the heavy rains will pass soon and Hua Hin & Cha Am will revert to it sunny self.

Until next time.

Best Wishes,

Eleni
