The Centara Hua Hin has welcomed a new Chef, Frenchman Christian Bouby. Christian has an amazing range of experience from Vietnam to Lebanon, from Cambodia to Greece, from Oman to Bahrain, from Egypt to Nigeria and of course France! He has also been the Executive Chef on cruise ships so his experience of the world is even broader than the CV indicates.
Christian’s knowledge of fine food includes many different styles from European and Mediterranean cuisine to various Asian styles such as Chinese, Japanese and Korean. The management at Centara is looking forward to add to the already extensive menu with Christian on board; welcome to Hua Hin Chef Bouby!
