Romain Aletru comes from a small city two hours from Bordeaux, France. The last thirteen years he spent working in Tahiti, the French Polynesia where he ran a restaurant. The last ten years he has visited Thailand on and off and he decided after a while to move here with his family. The reason for moving here is the beautiful scenery and Thailand’s great quality of life. Since he can remember he has been cooking and his pleasure has always been to make people enjoy his food.
