Hua Hin is the Jazz City of Thailand, or even Asia. Not only jazz is played but also live music in general, like blues, rock, country, Latin and so on…. Maybe nowhere else in Thailand, you will find such a concentration of live music of all kinds.
Hua Hin is the only city in the world which can boast of residing a jazz playing monarch, His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the King of Thailand. His Majesty is an accomplished musician, playing many instruments and the composer of more than one hundred songs, many of them popular and often heard around Thailand.
Musicians from all over the world gather in Hua Hin every high season to play together and of course with the many excellent Thai musicians. There are many live music venues in Hua Hin and these listed alphabetically below are only a few of them.
